Attendance record of Nigel Farage
Dear European Parliament,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Details of records of non-attendance at all Parliamentary votes and other business sessions (both plenary and non-plenary) for Nigel Farage, UKIP MEP, since he was elected in 1999.
If available, I would also like to request any records of disciplinary measures, censure, or other related action taken against Nigel Farage.

In accordance with Article 8(3) of the European Parliament's Bureau Decision of 28 November 2001 (OJ C 216, 22.7.2011, p. 19, http://www.europarl.europa.eu/RegData/PD...), you are kindly invited to provide us with your postal address with a view to permitting Parliament to duly communicate the decision to you.
Indeed, pursuant to Article 297(2) (3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, notification by registered letter is required in order to ensure legal certainty as regards due notification of Parliament's decision.
Until reception of this information, Parliament is not in a position to notify to you its decision concerning documents revealing breakdowns of expenses.
