Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following document: the background analysis and statistical account of the legislative process on Directive 98/69/EC and Regulation (EC) No 715/2007 on emissions from light duty vehicles, Directive 1999/96/EC and Regulation (EC) No 595/2009 on emissions from heavy duty vehicles, and on the framework Directive 2007/46/EC on type-approval, based on the information available in the EP archives that the EMIS Secretariat was tasked to prepare, as well as its annexes if there are any.

Please do not send me a physical copy if an electronic copy of it exists and has already been sent to me.
