Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following document(s):

A "blacklist of private military and security companies which did not meet the standards set by the European Union", as mentioned in this report (https://www.ohchr.org/Documents/Issues/M...) by the Working Group on the use of mercenaries as a means of violating human rights and impeding the exercise of the right of peoples in 2018, as well as any prior or more recent versions of this document.
