Dear Secretariat General,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Please provide any correspondence (memo, email, letter) between the British government and the European Commission regarding Brexit, namely the referendum on Britain's future within the European Union.

I include within this request, not only correspondence between departments, but also senior figures in both governments (Juncker, Cameron, Tusk, Osborne etc).

You have already rejected this request, on the grounds that releasing the information would undermine an existing decision process. You did not respond to clarifying comments and rejected my request for a review, hence a fresh application.

I trust, now that the referendum's decision making process is over, you able to release this information to me.

Yours faithfully,

Chris Harris
