Dear Mr Hai,

Thank you for your email dated 23 June 2017 requesting access to
information pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1049/2001 regarding public
access to documents. The European Banking Authority (‘EBA’) strives to be
transparent and open to as far an extent possible.

As regards to your request to publish all information sent to staff in
regards to Brexit, please find attached a copy of the following documents:

-           UK referendum - Staff message from the Chairperson and the
Executive Director, 29 June 2016;

-          Q&A on Brexit, 5 May 2017;

-          Q&A on Brexit, 5 July 2017;

-          Relevant parts of the EBA Staff Newsletters.

In relation to your request to publish any planning documents in regards
of Brexit, the EBA is of the opinion that the following document is not to
be disclosed in accordance with Article 4(3) of Regulation (EU) No
1049/2001, since its disclosure would seriously undermine the Agency’s
decision making process: Relocation – Risk Mitigation and a High Level
Plan (EBA MB 2017 055, 27 March 2017). You may find the minutes of the
