G24 EU & International Law, Office européen de police

Dear Mr Kayser-Bril,

Thank you very much for your request, which, as indicated in our confirmation email to you, is dealt with under the Decision of the Management Board of Europol laying down the rules concerning access to Europol documents, which was equally attached to the confirmation email we sent you.

As regards your specific request, Europol is not in possession of any document that contains the budget for JOT Mare, as it is not a separate item in Europol's budget, and equally we have no concrete number of staff employed, as JOT MARE is staffed by normal Europol staff allocated, which may also depend and fluctuate based on demand.

Please note that you have not been denied access to any document, but that the documents you request do not exist.

Kind regards,

G24 - EU & International Law
