Bulgaria audit reports for ESF funds
Dear Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) General and specific audit reports of ESF Operational Programmes implemented in Bulgaria during 2007-2013, particularly those leading to the interruption or suspension of funding.
2) Specific audit reports on the Administrative Capacity Programme.
3) Specific audit reports on the Human Resources Programme.
4) Correspondence between European and national authorities on the above issues, for the 2007-2013 implementation period.
