Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

4) Note from the Secretary-General on Update on the internalisation of Parliament’s Drivers’ service;

5) Note from the Secretary-General on Quota of sponsored visitors for Members from the United Kingdom in 2019;

6) Note from the Secretary-General on Request to name an appropriate meeting room or area in the European Parliament after Atanas BUROV, Bulgarian politician and diplomat;

7) Letter from Mr WEBER, Chair of the EPP Group on Request to name an appropriate meeting room or area in the European Parliament after Atanas BUROV, Bulgarian politician and diplomat

Please note that all of the above documents have been mentioned in Bureau agendas or minutes, and therefore should be in principle made public, according to a majority of MEPs.

Dear Mr Teffer,

 

The deadline for replying to your application concerning public access to
documents registered on 15/11/2018 expires on 06/12/2018.

 

However, due to the fact that the internal consultation process for the
relevant documents and the fact that the detailed analysis of all legal
aspects linked to the possible disclosure of the relevant documents are
still ongoing, in order to reply to your application Parliament
exceptionally needs to extend the time-limit provided for in Article 7(1)
of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 by a further 15 working days, in
accordance with Article 7(3) of the same regulation. The new deadline
expires on 08/01/2019 due to the Christmas break.

 

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We thank you for your
