To the Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Dear sir or madam.
Following an exchange with DG GROW I have come to realise that my request with case no. 2022/7086 included two mistakes. The amended version is inserted below. It excludes Commissioner Hahn as well as DG GROW, and replaces the latter with DG ECFIN and DG TAXUD.
My sincere apologies.
Yours faithfully,
Kenneth Haar

To the Secretariat General of the European Commission
Dear sir or madam.
This is to follow up on my request no. 2022/7086, in particular my letter to you dated December 9 2022. As of the time when I specified and modified my request, I have received acknowledgments from several of your departments, including TAXUD. However, I have not yet heard from DG ECFIN which makes me concerned that they have either not received the request via your office, or they have for whatever reason not taken a first look yet.
Which ever may be the case, I respectfully urge you to look into this.
Yours faithfully,
Kenneth Haar

Dear Sir,
I am the head of the Access to Documents service in the
Directorate-General for Trade in the European Commission.
You introduced a request in December 2022 for documents concerning
meetings between Executive Vice-President V Dombrovksis and Business
Europe. For reasons beyond our control, this request reached us very late
in the process, and at a time when our team was under severe strain due to
many large cases we had to handle in parallel.
Before the team dedicates resources to handling this request, which has a
very broad scope, I would like to know whether it is still valid given
that a large amount of time has elapsed since you made it.
With kind regards
Maud Labat
