Dear Ms VERHEECKE ,
We refer to your email dated 23/03/2018 in which you make a request for access to documents, registered on the same date under the above mentioned reference number.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, which already expired on 19/04/2018.
An extended time limit is needed as some of the documents you requested originate from third parties that must be consulted.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 29/05/2018.
We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
Yours sincerely,
SANTE ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS
Dear Ms VERHEECKE,
We refer to our email of 18 April extending the time limit for responding to your application (Gestdem 2018/1740) pursuant to Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents.
Please note that there was an error in the calculation of the date of the new deadline.
The extended time limit needed because of the third party consultation is of 15 working days.
Therefore the new deadline is on the 15/05/2018 and not on the 29/05/2018 as previously indicated.
We apologise any inconvenience,
Yours sincerely
