Dear Madam, Sir,
Many thanks for your reply to my application for documents registered on04/07/2018 under reference number Ares(2018)3546168.
Your request for a fair solution is understandable, given the large amount of documents that you have identified. The objective of my request is journalistic in nature, but in journalism a lot of serendipity is involved. It is difficult to know exactly which document one is searching for before having read it. Nevertheless, I have tried to make a selection:
1-Service contract: EACI-IEE-2009-004 CLEAN VEHICLE PORTAL
a. Service contract: 62 pages;
c. Amendment to the contract: 7 pages;
d. Inception Report:
Inception report: 51 pages;
Inception report ppt: 42 pages;
Feedback on Inception Report: 2 pages;
e. Interim Report:
Interim Report: 16 pages
Feedback on Interim Report: 3 pages;
f. Short Report: 16 pages;
g. Final Report:
i. Final Report: 127 pages;
ii. Final Report, management summary:8 pages;
iii. Feedback on Final Report: 4 pages;
h. Clean Vehicle Portal user statistics: 299 pages;
i. Minutes of meetings: 10 meetings, 50 pages;
k. 3rd party correspondence: 5 pages;
l. Minutes of (weekly) telephone conferences: 23 pages;
m. Briefings: 3 pages;
2-Service contract: EACI-IEE-2012-001 Clean Vehicle Portal Upgrade
a. Service contract, including technical specifications: 386 pages;
b. 3 Amendments: 10 pages;
m. 2nd Progress Report
I. 2nd Progress Report: 169 pages;
II. Feedback EASME: 2 pages;
n. Final report
I.Final Report:57 pages;
Ii. Technical assessment: 5 pages;
Hopefully this constitutes a sufficiently narrow selection that allows you to comply with my request.
All the best with the handling of my request,
Sincerely,
Peter Teffer
