Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents:

For the period from 1 November 2019 to date:

- All correspondence – including, but not limited to, letters, e-mails, and any attachments – exchanged between EASO representatives and any other actor (including, but not limited to, European institutions officials or Member State representatives) regarding, related to, or mentioning the concept of closed facilities for migrants and asylum seekers in Greece. [1]

- All documents – including, but not limited to, briefings, notes, papers, non-papers, or reports – created or held by EASO, or exchanged between EASO representatives and any other actor (including, but not limited to, European institutions officials or Member State representatives) regarding, related to, or mentioning the concept of closed facilities for migrants and asylum seekers in Greece.

- A list of all meetings held between EASO representatives and any other actor (including, but not limited to, European institutions officials or Member State representatives) where the concept of closed facilities for migrants and asylum seekers in Greece was discussed.

and, finally, for each of these meeting(s):
- Any record of the aforementioned meeting(s). This may include, but not necessarily limited to, minutes of the meeting(s), verbatim reports of the meeting(s), transcripts etc, that would provide a record of the proceedings of the meetings(s).

We would like to inform you, that we hereby acknowledge receipt of your application for access to documents, which was registered under the reference number 00667.

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents and Decision nº 6 of the Management Board of EASO laying down practical arrangements regarding public access to documents of EASO, your application will be handled within 15 working days from the day of registration. The time limit will expire on 14 February 2020. In case this time limit needs to be extended, you will be informed in due course.
