College meeting - lifting immunity of senior commission official on 2 March 2016

La demande a été rejetée par Secrétariat général de la Commission européenne.

Nikolaj Nielsen

Dear Secretariat General,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I make seeking the minutes/procès-verbal and agenda of the College meeting on 2 March 2016 where the decision was made to lift the immunity of a senior Commission official.

The existing online OJ(2016)2159/F1 SG (Secretariat-General) does not contain any reference to this decision despite the fact that the EU commission spokesperson on 11 March told reporters the decision had been made during that meeting.

"The commission adopted last 2nd of March [2016] in its weekly college meeting a decision to waive the immunity of a senior commission official."

However, there is no reference to this in the OJ(2016)2159/F1 SG.

Yours faithfully,
Nikolaj Nielsen
