Commission notes on ERDF Revenue Generation measures

La demande est réussie.

Dear Regional and Urban Policy,

On 15 March 2015 I requested copies of the latest DG Regio staff training slides and guidance notes on the application of ERDF revenue generation measures (these being set out in Article 61 of 1303/2013).

I'm requested these so that I could learn more about the calculation process. The document sent was gratefully received. I am writing again to see if there are any updated staff guidance notes or training slides.

Thank you in advance.

Yours faithfully,

Gabriel Syme

Dear Sir Syme,

We refer to your e-mail dated 11/08/2016 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered under the above mentioned reference
number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 2/08/2016.

An extended time limit is needed as your application concerns documents
held by different Services which must be consulted.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 23/09/2016.

We apologize for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Syme,

In response to your request of an access to documents, please be informed
that following your previous request a new [1]Commission Delegated
Regulation (EU) 2015/1516 was adopted, which established a flat rate for
operations funded by the ESI Funds in the RDI sector. Otherwise, the
document send previously in 2015 is up-to-date and no new relevant
guidance notes were adopted or updated.  I've attached as well a
presentation which might be useful. Please be informed that as a part of
the [2]MFF review some changes were proposed by the Commission to the
Article 61 (see COM(2016) 605).

Kind regards,
