Dear Ms Van Den Berg,

Parliament analysed your access to document request registered under the
reference number A(2021)913.

After contacting the responsible directorate, Parliament was unable to
find the requested communication as it was no longer in Parliament's
possession. The Bureau Decision of 2 July 2012, the "Rules on document
management in the European Parliament", stipulates a certain period of
retention of correspondence for each DG. In this case the retention was of
three months.

With this reply, Parliament considers your file handled and closed.

Please do not hesitate to come back to us for further requests.

Kind regards,

Dear AccesDocs,

Could I please ask you to recheck your records as EU DisinfoLab, Roman Adamczyk, Gary Machado and Alexandre Alaphilippe were invited to the INGE Committee in 26 January 2021. I would appreciate the correspondence relating to how this meeting came about and any other correspondence relating to EU Parliamentarians and EU Parliament activities, including any funds ( as individuals or as an NGO or as Saper Vedere) they may have received, in relation to disinformation, foreign interference and fake news

Yours sincerely,

Marie Van Den Berg
