Dear Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting
all Internal communication including internal and external emails (including but not limited to protocols, minutes or any other written notes) between DG Near of the EU Commission, the Cabinet of the EU President, the EEAS and DG Home of the EU Commission related to the Memorandum of Understanding on a strategic and global partnership between the European Union and Tunisia between 27th April 2023 and the 12th September 2023.

Dear Mr Riva,
