Dear European Central Bank,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All communications between the ECB and the Irish Finance
Ministry from 1 May 2014 to 28 November 2014. This should include any communications such as reports / memos, letters or emails at any level from the Irish ministry to/from the ECB.
