Conflict between Pushchair and Pram Use and Wheelchair Users on public transport

Mobilité et transports n'avait pas les informations demandées.

Dear Mobility and Transport,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) Research that shows the frequency of, or analyses the problems of, competition between baby buggy users / pram users and wheelchair users for the wheelchair space on public transport, particularly buses

2) Considerations of the impact of these difficulties when legislating

3) Lobbying from organisations representing baby product manufacturers, or the manufacturers themselves, for the wheelchair spaces on buses to be renamed "shared spaces"

Yours faithfully,

Douglas Paulley
