On 27 July 2023, Executive Vice-President Vestager informed RBB Economics to terminate the contract for a study on 'the Commission assessment of future market entry, expansion and imports in EU merger decisions': https://www.europarl.europa.eu/doceo/doc...
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information: all available information on the exchange between Executive Vice-President Vestager and RBB Economics regarding the termination of the contract.
