developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) a list of meetings between EU Commissioner Malmström and/or her Cabinet, and/or DG Trade staff members, and/or the EU TTIP
negotiating team, with the European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration (EFILA) in relation to the
topic of investor-state dispute settlement (since 1 December 2014);

2) minutes and other reports of these meetings (since 1 December 2014);
