Contractual correspondence for grant agreements, proposal evaluation reports

La demande est réussie.

Mr. Charilaos. DROSOS

Dear Justice (JUST),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I refer to the following grants agreements ('the agreements')of the Danish Institute for Human Rights

- Grant 117.966,25 EUR – ref. JUST/2012/PROG/AG/3720
- Grant 994.775,16 EUR – ref. JUST/2009/FRAC/AG/1279
- Grant 221.813,66 EUR – ref. JUST/2011/PROG/AG/1909

which have been the subject of application for documents pursuant to Regulation No 1049/2001, such as that indicated by the link http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/grant.... It is further noted that the Commission has fully released the entire grant agreement JUST/2012/PROG/AG/3720 pursuant to the application GesDem 3897-2013.

I would appreciate if DG JUST would provide me with copies of the following documents:

1. The documents DG JUST drew up as contractual correspondence about these three agreements. This request is about documents bearing a hand-written signature of a DG JUST official and not about email correspondence.

2. The proposal evaluation reports regarding the above three agreements, which were drawn up in the context of evaluating the submitted proposals.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. Charilaos. DROSOS

Dear Justice (JUST),

According to the content of the asktheeu.org website DG JUSTICE has not registered the application submitted on 8 October 2013. This is in spite seven working days having run from the date on which the application was submitted.

I would therefore appreciate if DG JUSTICE would register the application without additional delays.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. Charilaos. DROSOS

Dear Justice (JUST),

Referring to my application of 8/10/2013 pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and the reminder of 18/10/2013 this is to kindly request that DG JUSTICE register my application of 8/10/2013.

Given that fourteen (14) working days have elapsed since the submission of the application and that DG JUSTICE manifestly holds the requested documents, it is a cause for serious concern that DG JUSTICE has not registered the application.

I would therefore point out that DG JUSTICE has a legal obligation to register the initial application without further delays.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. Charilaos. DROSOS

Dear Mr Drosos,

We refer to your e-mail dated 08/10/2013 in which you make a request for access to documents, registered on 09/10/2013 under the above-mentioned reference number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 30/10/2013.

An extended time limit is needed as your application concerns a large number of documents.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents.

The new time limit expires on 22/11/2013.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours faithfully,
JUST ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS
