Dear Secretariat General (SG),

I have received replies from DG EMPL and DG REGIO to my requests registered under

* Number GestDem 2014/418 for documents concerning DG EMPLOYMENT;

* Number GestDem 2014/616 for documents concerning DG REGIO POLICY.

The replies are as good as identical and state that there was no cooperation/contact with Lumos as a legal entity.

Do I have to conclude that such cooperation/contact on the issues I refered to did take place, but with Lumos as Secretariat of the European Expert Group on Transition from Institutional to Community based Care?

If so, I hereby request access to all documents related to that.

Yours faithfully,

Arun Dohle
