Dear Climate Action,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'COP28 presidency'. My request has been submitted more than six weeks ago and I have yet to receive confirmation that it even has been registered. This is a flagrant violation of Regulation 1049/2001. As I made this request in my role as a journalist and this is a topic of public debate at the moment, any further delay is effectively a curtailment of my right to access. Please reply as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
Alexander Fanta
