Dear Mr Teffer,

 

The deadline for replying to your application registered on 31/10/2018
concerning public access to documents expires tomorrow, on 23/11/2018.

 

However, due to the fact that the internal consultation process for the
relevant documents and the fact that the detailed analysis of all legal
aspects linked to the possible disclosure of the relevant documents are
still ongoing, Parliament needs to extend exceptionally the time-limit for
replying to your application foreseen in Article 7(1) of Regulation (EC)
No 1049/2001 by a further 15 working days, in accordance with Article 7(3)
of the same regulation. The new time-limit expires on 14/12/2018
