Correspondence about conflict minerals

En attente d'une révision interne par Représentation permanente des Pays-Bas auprès de l'UE a propos de leur gestion de la demande.

Dear Permanent Representation of Netherlands to the EU,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

-all correspondence (including emails), agendas, minutes of meetings and any other reports of such meetings where proposed regulation on conflict minerals was discussed* (between March 5th 2014 and June 15th 2016). These include -- but are not limited to -- correspondences, agendas and minutes of meetings related to the Trade Policy Committee (TPC), the Working Party on Trade Questions (WPTQ), COREPER II, the Antici Group and the Foreign Affairs Council.

This request includes all officials and/or representatives of the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the EU, including the ambassadors Pieter de Gooijer, Wepke Kingma and Carola van Rijnsoever.

Do not hesitate to get back to me should you need any further information which could facilitate your research.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Permanent Representation of Netherlands to the EU,
Dear Madam/Sir,

The FOI request mentions the "Permanent Representation of Belgium to the EU". This is incorrect, and should obviously be "the Permanent Representation of Netherlands to the EU". Apologies for any misunderstanding that may have occurred.

Yours faithfully,
