Dear Competition (COMP),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) information gathered by the COMP regarding administrative practices in the area of corporate taxation in Ireland (be this in the form of briefing papers, presentations, correspondence, files)

2) All communications between the COMP (its board, president or staff) and the Irish authorities (be they staff, politicians, ministers, departments) between August 1, 2013 and March 1, 2014, inclusive.

3) any decisions made regarding any investigations into Irish taxation policy and/or timelines for completion of investigations
