Correspondence between ECB and eurozone governments in 2011

Dear European Central Bank,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- The letter of the ECB directed to the eurozone finance ministers and/or heads of government in the period between the 1st of August 2010 and the 31st of December 2010. This letter addresses the need for governments/leaders to publicly commit to the Euro (or European project), and the request to raise the size of the European Financial Stability Facility.
