Dear Competition (COMP),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- all communication between COMP (its board, president or staff) and the Irish authorities (be they staff, politicians, ministers, departments) and organisations (such as IDA Ireland and Enterprise Ireland) between September 1, 2013 and March 19, 2014 related to the new regional aid guidelines and grants related to corporate entities.
