Correspondence with the Spanish government on a potential bail-out

La demande est réussie.

Dear European Central Bank,

Spanish media reported on December 6th the President of the ECB, Mario Draghi, as saying at a press conference that the Spanish government is aware of the conditions of a hypothetical bail-out.

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting a copy of the correspondence between the ECB and the Spanish government related to the bail-out, for the year 2012.

Yours faithfully,

David Cabo
