Dear Xavier
Since I am working with the projects in the Southern Gas Corridor I have
been asked to address your request to access documents linked to TAP AG.
As regards the correspondence, please find attached the e-mails exchanged
with TAP AG employees between June and end-December 2017. You will see
that they are predominantly in relation to the finalisation of the PCI
candidates' assessment for the 3rd PCI list.
I also looked at the Commission's correspondence and document registry
system (ARES) but in this very period there seemed to be no
letter/document exchange between ENER and TAP AG.
Regarding the second part of your request, unfortunately I have not manage
to find any document which could correspond to your query i.e. "containing
the following information: Meetings held between the European Commission
and the consortium TAP AG in charge of the construction of the
Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) during the period 1 June 2017 – 31 December
2017."
I hope that the attached material will be of help to your research.
On a related note; I saw you at the EIB stakeholders' event on 5 February;
I meant to say hello but I left early. Perhaps we should meet briefly to
exchange on the TAP specific session and on the next steps for project's
compliance? Coffee on me, if you agreed to come to ENER premises.
Best regards
