Dear European External Action Service,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Crime Information Cell'.
In its response, EEAS.SG2 listed 3 documents, two of which could not be disclosed at all. I would kindly request that you review the document to extract the elements which are not considered sensitive or classified and do not jeopardize the operational activity of the Crime Information Cell or the CSDP operation.
Sharing statistical information on the number of staff deployed or the volume of information gathered/shared (not the content) does not jeopardize the security of the EU or the operational capacity of the Mission.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/crime...
Yours faithfully,
Jeroen 1050
