Dear Mr Rotherham,

Thank you for your message of 3 may 2016.

The General Secretariat of the Council would like to inform you that
provisional agendas of the Council, COREPER and other preparatory bodies
of the Council are public documents and available for consultation and/or
downloading on the Council's website under "[1]Transparency and access to
documents" or under "[2]Meetings".

Council and COREPER minutes are also available through the same links.

Alternatively, you can also search for these documents in the public
register of Council documents. You can consult the register at
[3]http://register.consilium.europa.eu/.

The most recent list of Council preparatory bodies can be found in
document [4]5183/16. Each preparatory body of the Council has its own
working methods. Not all of these bodies systematically prepare minutes of
its meetings. If you are interested in following the activity of a
preparatory body, you can consult the documents mentioned in the
provisional agendas of that body or search the register for existing
outcome of proceedings of Council working parties.

The text boxes below provide useful information about how to search the
register for these documents.

Yours sincerely,

The lists of items ready for adoption by the Council (no discussion is
foreseen) is called list of "A" items) and can be found with the subject
matter PTS A. If you wish to search for the agendas or "A" items lists of
specific Council configurations, you can add the name (eg. General
Affairs) in the field "Words in subject".

All these documents are public and can be directly downloaded.

title" the official designation of the working party (e.g. Asylum Working
Party) then from the drop down list of the field "document type" choose
