In particular, I request a note of all Mr Abbott's job titles at the European Commission, including dates held; copies of any application(s) that Mr Abbott has made under Article 16 of the Staff Regulations to undertake outside / professional activities; and all correspondence, emails or meeting notes related to the authorisation of this new role.

for access to documents, registered on 19/02/2015 under the above
mentioned reference number.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 10/03/2015. An extended time
limit is needed because the application requires additional time for
follow up.
Therefore, we must extend the time limit by a further 15 working days in

you that we will not be able to reply to you within a deadline of 15 days.
As this request needs additional time for follow up, we must extend the
