La demande est partiellement réussie.

Dear European Central Bank,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information regarding the ECB's desk-mapping review.

Please note that none of this information risks breaching confidentiality agreements nor impacts on the continuing exercise of the ECB's functions as part of the review, which I am aware is still ongoing - for the avoidance of doubt I am requesting anonymised or aggregated data only, and the purpose of the request is not to indentify any individuals, simply to add further context and transparency to the exercise.

- The estimated cost of the review in terms of staff hours, salaries, and other resources dedicated to the project
- Any templates of data requests sent to entities subject to the review
- The number and dates of any in-person visits conducted as part of the review
- Any and all modelling on the estimated number of new staff in the EU or staff needing to be transferred to the EU as per the review's findings.
- The number of entities in the review told to appoint an EU desk head
- Copies of any and all communications with the FCA, Bank of England and PRA as part of the review, and the date those organisations were informed of its findings. (Please note these can be redacted where necessary, but these redactions should not prevent disclosure of the wider elements of this request.)

Yours faithfully,

Justin Cash
