DG Competition oversight of UK awards of State aid
Dear Competition,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I request:
1. the agenda & minutes of all meetings held between the UK and EU for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the subsidies requirements of the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement since December 2020.
2. All letters which have been sent to the UK in respect of the State aid complaints and investigations relating to the period when the UK was a Member State / in the agreed transitional period.
3. the reference code assigned to all matters set out at request 2.
