Dear DG Ener,
Referring to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 on public access to EU documents and to the 'Aarhus Regulation' (see note), I would herewith like to ask for access to the minutes of the following meetings:
• 01 Oct 2020 – Meeting between Kadri Simson Stefano Grassi Kitti Nyitrai and Eurogas - Energy System Integration, Hydrogen and low-carbon gases and methane emissions (DG Energy)
• 26 May 2020 - Meeting between Commissioner Kadri Simson Kitti Nyitrai Stefano Grassi and Hydrogen Europe- Development of European hydrogen markets, the future transport needs and options of hydrogen related infrastructural aspects.
• 06 Apr 2020 - Meeting between Commissioner Kadri Simson Kitti Nyitrai and Hydrogen Euroope- Green hydrogen for decarbonising the economy and the energy system, impact of the current crisis on the hydrogen industry and their role in a Green Recovery
• 12 Jun 2020 - Meeting between Thor-Sten Vertmann and Business Europe- BusinessEurope's support to GD. COVID19 impact on businesses, investments. BusinessEurope's inputs to energy system integration strategy, 2030 climate target plan, renovation wave. Poss. future cooperation on NECPs and upcoming EC's initiatives.
To the extent possible, I prefer the documents in electronic format. Documents that cannot be sent in electronic format should be sent to Lala Hakuma DADCI, Rue d’Edimbourg 26, 1050 Brussels.
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
I reserve the right to appeal.

Dear Ms Dadci,
We refer to your e-mail of 7 April 2021 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 7 April 2021 under the above mentioned
reference number. Your application is currently being handled.
However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your
application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 28
April 2021.
An extended time limit is needed for thorough analysis as to the
availability of the document requested.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
