DG Trade contacts with Egyptian industry lobbyist

En attente d'une révision interne par Commerce a propos de leur gestion de la demande.

Dear Trade,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- list of all meetings between the Commissioner for Trade and/or his cabinet and/or officials and/or representatives of DG Trade and representatives from TMG Holding (Talaat Moustafa Group Holding), ElSewedy Electric, EFG Hermes Holding, Orascom, Commercial International Bank, Citadel Capital or Qalaa holdings
- Minutes and reports of all above meetings
- All correspondence (including emails) between DG TRADE and TMG Holding (Talaat Moustafa Group Holding), ElSewedy Electric, EFG Hermes Holding, Orascom, Commercial International Bank, Citadel Capital or Qalaa holdings.

I'm interested in all correspondence and meetings between January 2011 and now.

I would like to make clear I prefer you produce the documents on a rolling basis. At no point should the Commission's search for — or deliberations concerning — certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.

Yours faithfully,

Tom Rollins
