Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Documents, files, reports, minutes, instructions, circulars notes and replies, correspondence, opinions and decisions that contains my family name "Fichot" as well as any of those documents that relates to the issue of european children abducted in japan and joint custody in japan.

Hello EEAS access to documents team,
may i please know why a third party has to be involved? Is this part of
the normal process? In which case this should have been anticipated?
Otherwise could you please let me know why a third party is required?

Dear Mr Fichot,
Thank you for your email and request for clarification.
Please be reassured that the ongoing consultation is part of the regular
process. We have involved third parties as the EEAS has identified
documents in its possession but originating from other institutions. In
such cases, in line with Article 4(4) of Regulation 1049/2001, the
institution shall consult the third party with a view to assessing whether
an exception of Article 4(1)and/or (2) is applicable.

Children rights as defined by the UN convention of the rights of the child
as well as the EU Charter should always be the first consideration in all
matters decided and discussed by institutions.
Therefore I am challenging all the documents.
Furthermore, could you please let me know which redacted part is from
representatives of France so that I can separately log a request in
France.
