Documents on the right to repair
Dear Environment,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- Internal documents discussing a possible 'right to repair' of electronic devices dating from since January 1st, 2021
- Documents from stakeholders concerning a possible "right to repair" since the beginning of 2021, including minutes of meetings, e-mails and other documents

Dear Ms Maire,
in your reply dated to November 22, you state that you "are reviewing the position papers communicated by stakeholders responding to the Open Public Consultations to check if they include comments on the Right to Repair. Where this is the case, and if the stakeholders concerned agree to share their position papers, these will be communicated in a second step, within one month after this first reply."
Have you had a chance yet to review the position papers by stakeholders?
