Dear Trade,

Could you give me an update on this FOI request?

Kind regards,

Vincent Harmsen

Direction générale du commerce

Dear Mr Harmsen,

Thank you for your message. We are working on your two requests. The progress is slow due to a long absence of the colleague who is in charge of the endocrine disruptors' file. We have so far identified some 20 documents for your request 2016/1096 and no documents for 2016/1765. Regarding 1096 there may be overlap with our documents and those already disclosed by DG GROW and DG SANTE in June. We are checking that and finalizing our reply as soon as possible.

We apologize for the delay and thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
DG TRADE

Dear DG Trade,

My FOI requests (2016/1096 and 2016/1765) are long overdue. What is the current status of these requests, and when can I expect your reply?

Best regards,
Vincent Harmsen

Direction générale du commerce

Dear Mr Harmsen,

Thank you for your message. We apologise for the delay in providing you with replies to your requests with GestDem reference 2016/1096 and 2016/1765.

As explained in our previous message of 4 August 2016 below, the progress in replying to these requests has been slow due to the absence of our colleague who is in charge of the relevant file. Moreover, the unit in charge of this file has had very busy in ongoing negotiations and has been as well the target of numerous large scope requests for access to documents in the past months.

Our relevant colleague is now back in the office and is currently working on the replies to your and several other access to documents requests. We hope to be able to send you the replies in the next coming weeks.

We apologies again for the inconvenience that these delays may have caused and we thank you very much for your understanding.

Kind regards,
DG Trade
