2– on the topic of endocrine disrupters, all correspondence (including emails), the list of meetings with detailed minutes and any other reports of such meetings between DG Environment’s officials and DG SANCO officials (between April 2011 and July 2013);
3a– a list of Inter-service meetings held by the European Commission on the Revision of the European strategy on endocrine disrupters and on the Commission recommendation defining criteria for endocrine disruptors (between May 2013 and July 2013).
3b– all documents held by the European Commission (including minutes/memos/notes/reports for internal use) and all correspondence (including emails) relating to Inter-Service meetings on the Revision of the European strategy on endocrine disrupters and on the Commission recommendation defining criteria for endocrine disrupters (between May 2013 and July 2013).
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
Do not hesitate to get back to me should you need any further information which could facilitate your research.
