Dear European Data Protection Board,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents (including plenary / sub-plenary preparatory documents) that discuss, relate to, or reference the Belgian DPA's decision (61/2023) to forbid data transfers in relation to the Belgian FATCA IGA which was published on 24 May 2023.

I would expect the timeframe for documents to be between 01 January 2023 and the present (08 June 2023).

Yours faithfully,
Nicholas Lee
