DSA proceedings against TikTok
Dear Communications Networks, Content and Technology,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Commission decision initiating proceedings pursuant to Article 66(1) of
Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 against TikTok.

Dear Sir,
