Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

According to the following tweet https://twitter.com/frederikrichter/stat... , the Frontex e-mail account [email address] sent emails to journalists whose reporting apparently criticized Frontex.

I am hereby requesting all e-mails sent by Frontex with such correction requests, complaints about reporting, or similar concerns, as well as all internal documents (memos, letters, drafts, notes, minutes, emails) about how these emails were created, designed or sent and/or evaluated.

This request also entails information that is not considered "important" or is subject to archiving according to the EU archiving rules.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any doubts or question in regards to this request.

Thank you in advance.

Yours faithfully,

Luisa Izuzquiza
