Economic and Financial Committee meetings on EU Capital Requirements Regulation

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- Discussions by the Economic and Financial Committee of the Basel III Accord on bank supervision from 2008 to 2013.
- Discussions by the Economic and Financial Committee of the draft EU Capital Requirements Regulation and Capital Requirements Directives (the CRDIV-CRR legislative package) between 2008 and 2013.
- List of Economic and Financial Committee members since 2008.

Thanks for your interest in the discussions held at the Economic and Financial Committee meeting. Regarding your disclosure request, we cannot grant you the access to the list of EFC members since 2008, because of personal data protection rules.
As regards your two other requests, we would be grateful if you could narrow the scope by telling us which specific items you would like to consult. To this aim, you will find attached the agendas of the EFC meetings from 2008 to 2013. Please note that we will then try to do our best to accommodate your request, but sometimes some para of the minutes are explicit to be widely disclosed.
