EU assessment of Serbia's judicial reforms
Dear Enlargement (ELARG),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
The assessment by EU bodies (DG Enlargement and others) of the reform of the judicial system in Serbia from January 2010 onwards.
I would prefer to receive this information in an electronic and machine-readable format.
