Dear European External Action Service,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'EU Funded projects concerning persons with disabilities'.

I have been provided an unsatisfactory response from the EEAS, claiming they could not find any documents related to my request. However, as EEAS is responsible for the EU delegations around the world and as they most certainly allocate EU funds (for example, through IPA II) concerning persons with disabilities, I would like to ask for my request to be re-examined. My organisation is aware projects in North Macedonia and the Republic of Moldova, for example, listed on the websites of the relevant EU delegations, which the EEAS claims to have no information of.

Rather than just a simple keyword search, I would like my request to be properly handled. Thank you.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/eu_f...

Yours faithfully,

Ines Bulic Cojocariu
