Dear European Parliament,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- The amounts of money (funding) given by the EU to Ireland and managed and distributed by the Irish Government, from the period 2003 - 2013 for each of the following areas:
- Agriculture
- Health
- Infrastructure
- Education
- Any other area that receives funding from an EU body
Also, the amount the Irish Government has been penalised for failures to comply with rules or quotas regarding emissions, or agricultural produce or other areas.
Yours faithfully,
Theresa

Dear Madame,
Further to your request, please note that the European Parliament has no
competence (and thus documents) for funds distributed to Member States or
any penalties imposed due to failure to comply with the rules that
accompany such funds.
The European Commission is solely responsible for both areas and we
suggest that you redirect your request to our colleagues there.
In the meantime, perhaps this European Commission website could interest
