European elections 2019 and social media

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- Minutes of the meeting of electoral commissions of EU Member States on April 25 and April 26 2018 in Brussels
- All written answers to the Commissions' questionnaire sent out to the national election authorities ahead of the meeting on April 25 and April 26
- All documents regarding measures governing the use of social media in the context of the 2019 European elections
