European Parliament liaison offices

La demande est partiellement réussie.

Dear European Parliament,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The location of all EP Liaison offices outside the EU, number of staff posted at each office outside the EU, and the annual costs of each office outside the EU including rent and staff salaries.

Yours faithfully,

Nikolaj Nielsen

Our ref.: A(2020)1026 - Time limit extension

Dear Mr Nielsen,

In principle, the time limit to reply to your application A(2020)1026 for
access to the location of Parliament offices outside the EU as well as
annual costs for those offices, including rent and other costs, should
expires at the end of this Thursday 13 February 2020.

However, you did not ask for access to a specific document but to data
which is present in several databases and may potentially be extracted
therefrom.  Collecting the documented data and verifying that it is as up
to date as possible, involves several Parliament services and is taking
more time than expected.

Therefore, in order to address your application thoroughly, Parliament
feels compelled to hereby extend the time limit by another 15 working
days, in line with Article 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.

You may nevertheless except a reply quite soon.

We thank you for your understanding

Best regards,

Dear Mr Nielsen,

On the day of your request, 23 January 2020, which was before the United

your application, and the replies thereto also answer your questions.
Please see pages 26 to 29 and 99 to 108 of the attached replies to the
2018 discharge questionnaire, which are also published on Parliament's
following webpage:
